Corner Block

Private Client, South London, 2018

A mixed use residential & commercial building on a post-industrial brownfield site

Located on the periphery of a conservation area in South London, on a prominent corner site, this proposal for a new mixed use building provides the opportunity to knit together the surrounding disparate urban grain.

Initial proposals have been developed following a careful assessment of the surrounding built fabric, responding both to the mass of an adjacent 1960s slab block scheme, an elegant Grade 2 listed Church opposite and the surrounding Victorian Villas.
